The Recovery Tonic is a magnesium supplement that supports:

We developed this magnesium formulation for busy Kiwis who need support for sleep and recovery. New Zealand has amazing protein and produce but our soil is deficient in key minerals such as magnesium, a critical co-factor that supports sleep, recovery and muscle relaxation. This means that even with a wholesome diet full of leafy greens, nuts and seeds, most Kiwis would benefit from magnesium supplementation.

The Recovery Tonic contains ionic magnesium citrate, a form of magnesium that is much better absorbed by the body than magnesium oxide, commonly found in magnesium tablets and multivitamins. The Recovery Tonic also contains zero fillers or sweeteners, and is in a powder form to avoid caking agents that are required to press ingredients into tablets.

 

The prepared tonic has free magnesium ions and citrate floating about, which promotes absorption and is free of grit. Citrate is a natural acid that is found in citrus fruit and gives the Recovery Tonic a lemony sourness.

The Recovery Tonic contains 35 doses and is formulated for Adults only. Take one dose daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Important instructions for new customers:

1. Everyone is different in terms of body mass, athletic output and diet. We recommend new customers to start with one small teaspoon of Recovery Tonic powder mixed into 250mL of water every day for one week, before increasing the dosage to your optimal level. The optimal level should be noticeable with improved sleep and recovery.

2. The average Kiwi on a wholesome and varied diet is recommended to take two teaspoons of Recovery Tonic powder mixed into 250mL of water every day.

3. Customers looking to improve sleep are recommended to take the Recovery Tonic at dinner time. While those looking to improve recovery and alleviate cramp are recommended to take the Recovery Tonic in the morning.

4. For customers with sensitive stomachs, we recommend breaking the daily dose into parts and taking them over the day.
